Britam’s Net Profit Jumps to KSh 3.3 Billion for Full Year 2023
Britam Holdings Plc has posted a KSh 3.3 billion net profit for the year ended 31 December 2023, from the KSh 1.7 billion recorded in the previous financial year ended 31 December 2022. The Group’s insurance revenue increased to KSh 36.4 billion, a 41% increase from KSh 25.8 billion in 2022. Net investment income grew to KSh 11.61 billion from KSh 11.32 billion in 2022. Total equity increased to KSh 25.69 billion from KSh 22.16 billion in 2022

Britam Holdings HY 2023 Net Profit up 300% to KSh 1.6 billion
Britam Holdings Plc recorded a rise in half-year net profit to KSh 1.6 billion at the close of the six-month period ended 30th June 2023 from KSh 377.9 million in HY 2022, an increase of 300%. Britam also posted a surge in pre-tax profit to KSh 2.4 billion in the six-month period to 30 June 2023. This is a significant improvement compared with KSh 812 million recorded in the same six-month period in 2022.
